Blackhead Removal: What You Should Know
Blackheads are one of the most common types of acne. They appear as small, dark spots on the skin, typically on the face, nose, chest, and back. Blackheads form when hair follicles become clogged with excess oil (sebum), dead skin cells, and sometimes bacteria.
Unlike whiteheads, blackheads are open at the surface, allowing the material inside the pore to oxidize and turn black.
